🩻 Difficulty in swallowing – Suspected Esophageal Stricture

Progressive difficulty in swallowing solids Occasional regurgitation of food Weight loss for last 2 months

Case Description

Patient presented with progressive dysphagia predominantly for solid food. Barium swallow study showed smooth narrowing in the distal esophagus with proximal dilatation, suggestive of benign esophageal stricture. No shouldering or irregular margins seen.
